Never. That is, Medinsky is condemning the world to a nuclear catastrophe. Right? That's the essence of the Russians," comments Mikhail Sheitelman.
By the way, the expert notes, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has already responded to Medinsky, pointing out that the assistant to the Russian president, a historian by education, is distorting historical facts regarding the past Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict, because Nagorno-Karabakh has never been a disputed territory.
