"Everything Must Calm Down in Geopolitics": Expert Discusses Whether Peace is Possible After Global Escalation

war

Military expert Oleg Starikov stated that after the start of the Russia-Ukraine war and U.S. strikes on Iran, the world has reached a point where a new global order must be established, according to Politeka.
He shared this on his channel.

"The first conclusion I draw is that the security architecture built after World War II and reinforced by the Helsinki Final Act of 1975 vanished on June 22. The next conclusion is that everything in geopolitics must settle down — this entropy, the second law of thermodynamics," said Oleg Starikov.

In other words, he explains, first everything flies apart, then comes a big explosion, and after that — synthesis, and chaos turns into galaxies, into the whole universe. Naturally, the expert notes, for the universe, 13.8 billion years is nothing, but for humanity, this transformation will happen quickly, at a geometric pace.
If it doesn't, he adds, the risks of Trump facing impeachment will grow, since the U.S. attacked Iran without the approval of Congress.

"The situation is changing now, and some kind of congress must be held. It might be Helsinki 2.0, or Istanbul 2.0, or Kyiv 2.0, or something else 2.0 — some kind of international conference that will fix the new world order. What it will be like, I don't know. I have no idea what this new world will be," Starikov concludes.

According to the expert, everything necessary for this has already happened: the Russia-Ukraine war on the European front, the Middle East has flared up, and only the Asia-Pacific region remains — perhaps. But it’s unlikely, he argues, that China will go to war over Taiwan, as the chances are low, since the Chinese have never really fought or won wars — except for World War II, and even then, with the help of the United States.
