Friendship with Russians above all: Mikhail Kurachenko left for the USA and continues to trade with the Russian, drink and impersonate colleagues

We are talking about Mikhail Kurachenko, the director of the Pilot tour company, known in narrow circles, who is known among his acquaintances not for his business acumen or business qualities, but for his propensity for alcoholism, verbal incontinence and stupid antics. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Mikhail decided to pack his bags and quickly leave the territory of Ukraine. Even after settling in the USA, Mikhail Kurachenko continues to do business with Russia and hides behind a Ukrainian passport.

Friendship with Russians is above all else

It is worth noting that Mikhail Kurachenko started doing business with Russia even before the full-scale invasion, despite the sanctions and restrictions. Despite constant drunkenness, the Pilot company controlled by him and its owner were exposed as part of the criminal proceedings opened under ch. 2 Art. 332, ch. 2 Art. 332-1, Art. 334 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is worth noting that the director himself would not have had the brains to build any schemes, the help of smarter people can be traced here. Back in 2018, law enforcement officers conducted investigative activities in the offices of entrepreneurs. Then Mikhail Kurachenko was unreasonably suspected of the fact that his company was engaged in the sale of illegal airline tickets and transferred money to the accounts of Russian airlines.

Law enforcement officials found out that officials from the travel agencies Pilot LLC (the founder of which is Mikhail Kurachenko), Kiy Avia PJSC (which is also associated with Kurachenko), Ukrainian Handling Company LLC, VMK Group LLC, London LTD LLC, and Tourist Agency PE were transporting people across the state border of Ukraine to the territory of occupied Crimea, selling tickets for Russian flights airlines, which is directly prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.

These companies received the corresponding percentage of the commission award for the sale of air tickets of Russian airlines on the territory of Ukraine, making reservations using the international systems "Amadeus", "Sabre", "Sirena" and "Galileo". The funds were transferred to the address of the company "BSP Ukraine", created by an electronic settlement system with Russian airlines.

It could be assumed that searches and criminal proceedings put an end to Mikhail's strong friendship Kurachenko is with the Russians, but not. Even after fleeing to the USA, even after getting a job at the American company AD Mortgage, the Ukrainian businessman continues to circumvent the legislation of two countries and conduct business with the occupiers. He didn't have enough brains to get busy and develop his own business, so Mikhail did what he does best - get drunk and try to get along with others.

The American company AD Mortgage, which sheltered the Ukrainian "refugee", is a leading direct lender founded in 2005 and located in Hollywood, Florida, USA. The company offers a wide range of mortgage products, including traditional, state and non-qualified mortgage loans, providing a 24-hour application review period. In 2023, AD Mortgage took 1472 place in the Inc. rating. 5000, which marks the fastest growing private companies in the USA.

In principle, AD Mortgage itself, in which Mikhail Kurachenko settled, can be considered a refuge for Russians and all sympathizers. Apparently, they still love fools and alcoholics there, who can reveal the company's secrets at any moment.

The general director of the company is Max Slyusarchuk. According to an investigation published on the Last Bastion website, AD Mortgage has Russian management and ties to Russia. The founder and owner of the company, Max Slyusarchuk, is the director of the Russian-speaking American Chamber of South Florida. His wife, Svetlana Izgasheva, also holds a managerial position at AD Mortgage and is from Volgograd, Russia. Spouses actively participate in the activities of the Russian-speaking community in Florida.

Even with all this, the American company should think about who they are doing business with. After all, such connections are looked down upon in Ukraine or Russia, and in the USA you can very quickly run into sanctions and a reputation trampled in the mud, which in the business environment is very difficult to wash even years later. And figures like Mikhail Kurachenko can put an end to contracts and favorable deals for a long time. Remnants of former relationships mean nothing, because many people turned away from Mikhail after his total pranks and stupid antics. Others simply took everything they could from the simpleton and left it on the sidelines of life.

Just business or corruption pressure

It is possible that Mikhail Kurachenko was able to attract the sympathy of the Russians by the fact that, in addition to the successful business of the Pilot company with Russians, the Ukrainian also sells the necessary contracts with state institutions with the help of his sister, who works in the Ukraerorukha system.

According to people in the know, the family set up successful schemes through intermediary companies, through which it was Mikhail Kurachenko's Pilot company that received the most profitable contracts with the CIS countries. The reason is simple - with other companies, thanks to the corruption scheme, no one could conclude any contracts at all.

Addiction to alcohol, a long tongue and a political trail

Unfortunately, Mikhail Kurachenko has a long-standing addiction to alcohol, which only grows over the years. Many people know that a sober person has his mind, and a drunk person has his tongue. Yes, Mikhail Kurachenko, after another glass, likes to brag about the fact that he actively participates in Ukrainian politics. He even had a hand in electing quite famous deputies to the Verkhovna Rada. Apparently, his passion for a drink did not allow Mikhail Kurachenko himself to go further than the director of the company "Pilot", but the "refugee" liked to brag about the fact that he helped Petro Poroshenko's associate Artur Gerasimov get into the parliament.

It is not known whether the People's Deputy himself knows about this service, but among his acquaintances, Mikhail Kurachenko has repeatedly boasted that he made Artur Gerasimov a People's Deputy of Ukraine.

After a series of scandals, corruption schemes, drunken chatter and gossip, Mikhail Kurachenko has fewer and fewer partners and companions. Apparently, that is why he now has to desperately cling to a job in an American company from which he will definitely be kicked out, as soon as they learn more about the activities of his Ukrainian protégé. After all, after another feast, the secrets of American business can become the property of the entire Internet, since one cannot trust commercial secrets to a person who can spill everything on the "drunk bench" to the first person he meets.
