The Secret of Trump’s 8 Ended Wars: Expert Assesses Whether We’ll See Peace Through Strength

Trump

Political strategist Mykhailo Sheitelman stated that in his attempts to establish peace everywhere, Donald Trump has turned the very word “peacemaker” into a caricature. All that remains, he says, is to hope that Trump will actually reach peace through strength, Politeka reports.
He discussed this in his blog.

Recently, the expert notes, Trump shared a story claiming that someone called him the third greatest U.S. president, after Washington and Lincoln, who, as Trump himself emphasized, “didn’t even end eight wars.” As Sheitelman explains, Washington and Lincoln couldn’t have ended eight wars because they simply didn’t know about them — for example, wars between tribes in the Amazon jungle, the “extermination of Indian elephants by mujahideen,” or the “expansion of Australian aborigines.”

“He knew too much, I’ll tell you that about Trump. Whenever he heard the word ‘war,’ his instinct kicked in: ‘So, where’s the war? I’ll go stop it right now.’ But this is already a parody of a person, a parody of politics, a parody of peacemaking. Trump wanted to be a peacemaker, but became a caricature of one. He dragged the word ‘peacemaker’ down to the level of mockery. What, am I wrong? Tell me if I am,” says Mykhailo Sheitelman.

Meanwhile, the expert continues, the Richard Nixon Foundation decided to please Trump by awarding him the title of “Architect of Peace” for 2025–2026. This award, he says, was given to Trump for his efforts in conducting a peaceful foreign policy under the slogan “America First,” based primarily on personal diplomacy and the principle of “peace through strength.”

“Well, maybe that’s the only real reason this award is needed. First, so Trump can say that the second greatest president after him is Richard Nixon — since if he’s first, then Nixon, who gave him the award, must be second. But there’s also some benefit for us: they honored him specifically for the principle of ‘peace through strength.’ So maybe, after all, he really will use that strength,” concludes Mykhailo Sheitelman.
