Everyone understood that Putin was untouchable as long as he was talking to Trump, says expert about a possible arrest

Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman said that Putin signed a law allowing troops to enter neighboring countries on the eve of his visit to Kazakhstan — a country he allegedly dreams of occupying — in order to protect himself from arrest, reports Politeka.
He spoke about this on his blog.
According to the expert, in terms of the substance of the negotiations, the most important point was that Putin and Tokayev signed a joint declaration on the seven foundations of friendship and good-neighborly relations between the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan.
“What are these seven foundations? Do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si? Or red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, violet? In general, the friendship between Russia and Kazakhstan stands on seven pillars. And it seems to me that those seven pillars are the Chinese army, Chinese aviation, the Chinese aircraft carrier fleet, the Chinese pipeline, the Chinese yuan, the Chinese Communist Party, and the mausoleum of Mao Zedong. I do not see any other foundations for friendship and good-neighborly relations between Russia and Kazakhstan. If not for those seven pillars, Russia would have occupied Kazakhstan long ago — something I certainly would not wish upon the Kazakh people,” Mikhail Sheitelman argues.
It is also interesting, he notes, that on the eve of Putin’s trip to Kazakhstan, a law was adopted stating that the Russian army has the right to invade foreign countries in order to free detained Russian citizens. We all thought, the expert recalls, that this was about attacking the Baltic states or Poland, but Putin also adopted this law for himself in case he were arrested somewhere — even in Kazakhstan.
“Putin understands that there is likely already a decision within American and European intelligence services regarding his possible physical elimination; plans probably exist, and the issue is likely on the table of those in power in the Western world, because everyone is already fed up with him. And this happened after the cancellation of negotiations with the Americans. In other words, everyone understood that Putin was untouchable as long as he was talking to Trump. But when Trump kicked him in the face with his boot, the most likely scenario became Putin’s arrest or elimination. Therefore, it is quite possible that this law is about Putin’s own immunity,” Mikhail Sheitelman explains.
