"Fight to infinity": expert explains why negotiations are important

war

Military expert Oleg Starikov explained that the Russian-Ukrainian war has already been calculated for years ahead, and only a political decision made during negotiations can stop it, Politeka reports.

He spoke about this on his channel.

As the expert explains, time in military science and military art is also material, as is personnel, as is weapons, because every day there is a calculation of sanitary losses, as well as irreversible ones, it is necessary to recruit new reinforcements.

"Therefore, for this, there are mathematical calculations using mathematical analysis, the Lanchester model. So that you understand, everything is calculated: how many losses there will be, and how much weapons will be needed. As Charles Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord said, war is too serious a matter to entrust it to the military. The military will fight to infinity. This is the first thesis," Oleg Starikov explains.

The second thesis, he notes, is that the military is fighting according to documents. As the expert says, by the end of the year the results are summed up, and the General Staff, signed by the commander-in-chief, submits documents, a new work plan, a plan for conducting military operations for the new year consisting of 4 components: winter, spring, summer, autumn. So, he states, we have lived through the winter and spring, and according to the plan - the summer military campaign of 2025, it is already underway.

"It will end when a political decision is made in the negotiations with Ukraine to end military operations, to move on to negotiations. And until that moment, they will fight as long as they say: 2025, then 2026, and so on. This is for the enemy. The same is true for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, by the end of the year we have summed up the results," Oleg Starikov asserts.
