Trump Recognized Russia as an Aggressor: Expert Says This Is Far Too Little

Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman noted that Trump, by his own words, has already managed to stop seven world wars, and only now finally dared to call Russia an aggressor, Politeka reports.
He said this in his blog.
First of all, the expert points out, Trump only ended wars that had actually started during his own term, such as those between India and Pakistan, or Thailand and Cambodia, but this hardly looks serious. As for Nagorno-Karabakh, he reminds, that was not Trump’s achievement, but rather Azerbaijan’s, which won the war.
“Trump came to power facing two real major wars – the war between Ukraine and Russia, and Israel’s war with Gaza, Iran, and Hezbollah, that is, global terrorism. Did he manage to stop even one of the real wars, and not the fake ones? These wars are real, of course – Cambodia and Thailand really fired at each other – but did you really think they would fight for centuries over that one temple?” Sheitelman comments.
Nevertheless, the expert notes, there is one good piece of news – Trump somehow still managed to call Russia an aggressor. At first glance, he reflects, it might seem accidental, but no – Trump actually said that the Russian army has higher losses because the aggressor always loses more. On this occasion, the expert recalls, Trump had long forbidden calling Russia an aggressor, ordering the U.S. to vote against such wording at the UN, and refusing to sign the corresponding statement at the G7.
“And now he finally said it. Honestly, far too late and far too little. That’s what I’ll say about Trump’s statement: far too late and far too little. He might as well have kept calling Armenia Albania… It won’t help us anymore. And it’s unpleasant for the old man – and I mean Putin now,” Sheitelman emphasizes.
