"On average, about twice a month": Expert explains how often Russia can carry out large-scale attacks on Ukraine

Political analyst and serviceman Oleksandr Musiienko explained what kind of "Trinity Day ceasefire" Ushakov referred to and why Russia actually postponed its attack, according to Politeka.
He discussed this on his blog.
"Ushakov says that Putin proposed a one-day ceasefire on Trinity Sunday, during which he refrained from ordering a massive missile strike. According to him, the proposal was conveyed to Special Envoy Witkoff and to Trump. Supposedly, the ceasefire applied only to long-range strikes and did not extend to the front line. But friends, this is a lie; it is all fiction," Oleksandr Musiienko stated.
As the expert explains, Russia needs at least 10–14 days to prepare a large-scale attack on Ukraine: to accumulate missiles and drones, conduct reconnaissance, and identify all the so-called "decision-making centers" for its terrorist strikes — a term they use for garage cooperatives, marketplaces, and residential buildings.
"In other words, Russia cannot prepare a large-scale missile and drone strike within a single week, within 5–7 days. This means that its capabilities are not increasing. If Russia aims to launch a maximum-scale salvo, then the enemy can carry out such large-scale attacks on average about twice a month. Our task is to reduce these capabilities so that the enemy cannot conduct such attacks more than once a month," Oleksandr Musiienko explained.
To achieve this, he argues, it is necessary to continue implementing Operation "Factory" by carrying out large-scale strikes against defense-industrial facilities on Russian territory involved in the production of long-range drones and missiles. In addition, the expert says, ballistic missiles should be targeted while they are being transported and attacked at that stage. According to him, efforts will likely focus particularly on the Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, and Voronezh regions.
