According to the M2bomber portal, the average price for 6 months has decreased by 20.97%, or almost 5,100 - from an average of 24,357 to 19,250 UAH.

The average cost of a one-room apartment in Kyiv is 16,500.

The highest are recorded in the following districts:

Pechersky: 33,600

Shevchenkivsky: 24,000

Goloseevsky: 18,500

In Goloseevsky, a two-room apartment can be rented for 20 thousand.

The cost of three-room apartments:

In Shevchenkivsky, a three-room apartment is rented for 26,000 UAH.​


Average rental price in Kyiv, the cost varies significantly depending on the district:

Desnyansky: 12,750

Svyatoshinsky: 13,000

Dniprovsky: 14,000

Goloseevsky and Obolonsky: 15,000

Solomensky: 15,350

Podolsky: 15,750

Darnitsky: 16,000

The lowest are recorded in Desnyansky - an average of 11,000.

The highest average prices are in Pechersky and Shevchenkovsky districts, where rent can reach 33,600 and 24,000, respectively.

In general, the situation on the housing market in the capital shows a downward trend, which can be beneficial for potential clients.

According to analysts, the price has changed significantly and may please Ukrainians a little. At the same time, the secondary real estate market of the capital has seen a significant increase in prices over the past 6 months.
